Chhattisgarh CM Hails State's Students For JEE Advance, NEET Performance

As per the results declared by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati for JEE Advanced 2023, out of 141 students of Prayas residential schools who had appeared, 57 have qualified, a state government official said.

Students of 'Prayas' residential schools run by the Chhattisgarh Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department qualifying for JEE Advance and those from Dantewada and Kanker being selected for NEET earned praise from Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel who on Monday said "talent finds its own way".

As per the results declared by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati for JEE Advanced 2023, out of 141 students of Prayas residential schools who had appeared, 57 have qualified, a state government official said.

Out of these, 28 students are likely to get selected in IITs and 29 in NITs, he added.

"The hard working 46 students of Dantewada and 77 students of Kanker have made it to the NEET rankings. Nineteen students of Dantewada and 71 students of Kanker have been selected for JEE. You all have proved that talent finds its own way. Congratulations to all. I wish for a successful and golden future for all the students,"Baghel tweeted.
