Protesters and people of Sri Lanka are in a state of vacuum for the second day on Tuesday as no agreement has so far been made on an all-party government. Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has announced he will resign in favour of an all-party government. President Gotabaya Rajapaksa has also announced he would resign on Wednesday, even as his location remains unknown since Friday when he left his residence in capital Colombo that was stormed and occupied by protesters on Saturday.
