This Taiwanese romantic comedy-drama is about Fen, an aspiring hairdresser, who works to hone her skills. Tai then brings his gang members to have their hair done by her, as they try to uncover a traitor among them.

Despite facing odds in failing his Class 12 examinations, he undertakes a journey to grab the prestigious position of an IPS officer.
