Yesteryear actors Neetu Kapoor and Zeenat Aman were the latest guests on the recent episode of Karan Johar’s talk show ‘Koffee with Karan’. The two stars engaged in gossip, interesting conversations, and it was a delight to see the two veterans on the show.

Neetu Kapoor got candid about not only her granddaughter Raha Kapoor, and even shared what she wished Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor to take from her marriage with Rishi Kapoor.

When Karan asked Neetu about the ‘one thing’ from her marriage that she wished Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor would take, Neetu Kapoor quipped, “Nothing. Because in today’s day and age, do what you want to do. Just be happy. And also, every generation is different. What I went through, I can’t expect them to do the same thing, so they know their own vibe.”

Coming to Raha, the actress shared a funny disagreement with Alia’s mother Soni Razdan, and how they have a hilarious ‘mini battle’ over the baby’s words. While Neetu tried to make the baby say ‘papa,’ Soni wanted her to say ‘mumma.’ She revealed, “At my home, the baby is growing. I keep instructing the help to tell her to say papa. But Soni tells her to say mumma.”

The actor added, “So, I went to the house the other day and Alia said, ‘Oh, by the way, she said mumma. So, I said, she didn’t say mumma but she said mum-mum. So, don’t be so happy.”

Alia and Ranbir welcomed Raha on November 6, 2022. Announcing her name, Alia had written “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings…Raha, in its purest form means divine path, in Swahili she is Joy, in Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, in Bangla – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss.”

On Christmas last year, Ranbir and Alia finally introduced Raha to the world, and posed with her for the first time.
