Mr. Poojari brings with him over 24 years of extensive experience spanning financial strategy, corporate finance, audit, governance, compliance, and large-scale enterprise financial management. A Chartered Accountant (India) and Certified Public Accountant (USA), he has built a distinguished career across diverse industries, complex regulatory environments, and multi-entity organisations, both in India and globally.

Prior to joining Lord’s Mark Industries, Mr. Poojari held senior leadership positions within the Reliance Industries Group, where he played a key role in managing financial operations across high-growth and future-facing sectors such as renewable energy, digital services, and retail. During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing finance functions within large and complex organisational structures, supporting strategic initiatives, capital planning, budgeting, performance management, and the implementation of governance frameworks aligned with global best practices.

In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Mr. Poojari has worked with leading global professional services firms including KPMG and Deloitte Haskins & Sells. In these roles, he advised listed companies, SEC-registered entities, and private equity-backed organisations across sectors such as telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, information technology, and media. His advisory engagements involved end-to-end support on audits, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Mr. Poojari’s experience spans multiple reporting and accounting frameworks, including IFRS, US GAAP, and Indian GAAP, equipping him with deep technical expertise and a global perspective on financial reporting, risk management, and compliance. His strong understanding of regulatory requirements, coupled with hands-on operational experience, positions him well to support Lord’s Mark Industries’ next phase of growth.
