Growify Digital: The Agency That Grows When Fashion Sells

When co-founders Disha Bhatnagar and Rishab Mehra walked up to receive the award in New Delhi on 28 September 2026, they were accepting it for more than a company. The recognition belonged to the team they built, and to the designer labels whose online growth Growify has steered since 2019.

Named Top Performing Agency for Luxury and Fashion Brands at the Outlook Business Spotlight Achievers Awards 2026, Growify Digital has spent seven years proving that an agency can tie its own growth to its clients' sales.

When co-founders Disha Bhatnagar and Rishab Mehra walked up to receive the award in New Delhi on 28 September 2026, they were accepting it for more than a company. The recognition belonged to the team they built, and to the designer labels whose online growth Growify has steered since 2019.

The Outlook Business Spotlight Achievers Awards honour leaders, companies and startups that reshape their industries through innovation, resilience and impact. At the ceremony, attended by Delhi Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Mohan Singh Bisht and Delhi Cabinet Minister Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Disha Bhatnagar also joined the evening's panel discussion.

Growify Digital began in Delhi with a narrow bet. Rather than serve every category, it chose to work with luxury, fashion and lifestyle brands. Today, Growify’s client roster includes some of the industry’s most notable names: Tarun Tahiliani, House of Masaba, Gaurav Gupta, Ridhi Mehra, Drzya by Ridhi Suri and Sia Bridal.

An agency paid on results

While many agencies sell services – a campaign, a website, a monthly retainer –Growify sells outcomes. It takes ownership of a brand's entire online business, from building the Shopify store and running ads on Meta, Google and WhatsApp to handling in-house sales, payment collection and order fulfilment. Its earnings come from a share of the sales it drives.

The logic is simple. If the client does not grow, neither does Growify. For designer labels wary of agencies that spend budgets without accountability, that alignment has been a strong draw. That alignment shows in the numbers too: Tarun Tahiliani, one of the agency's flagship partners, beat its online sales target four times over.

Built for the way luxury sells

Selling a bridal lehenga online is not the same as selling sneakers. High-ticket purchases involve longer decision-making , personal consultation and a great deal of trust. Growify's teams plan around the rhythms of the fashion calendar, from the wedding season to end-of-season sales, while also accounting for buyers who expect a personal touch before they spend.

Technology backs that expertise. In May 2023, Growify Digital became a Meta agency partner, which allows the agency to resolve blocked ad accounts and payment issues for clients within 24 to 48 hours instead of days. Its technology stack spans Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, Razorpay, PayU and Shiprocket, covering every step from the first ad impression to the delivered parcel.

The founders behind the growth

Disha and Rishab have kept Growify founder-led, remaining closely involved in the agency’s work and client relationships. Disha Bhatnagar has also been featured in Adgully's Ad Land's Young Guns series and BW Businessworld's list of visionary entrepreneurs in 2023. She sums up the agency's approach to client relationships in three words: care, clarity and consistency.

That philosophy matters in a business where designers entrust Growify with their brand's reputation as much as its revenue.

What comes next

As India’s online fashion market expands, competition for the luxury shopper’s attention is getting sharper. Growify's ambitions match that pace. Disha Bhatnagar has spoken openly about her goal of taking Growify into the Rs 100-crore club.

The Outlook Business recognition puts Growify’s work in front of a wider business audience at a time when more heritage and designer labels are building their direct-to-consumer businesses. For them, Growify offers a clear proposition: one partner to run the entire online business, with its success measured by theirs.

As Growify enters its eighth year, the award is less a finish line than a recognition of a model that has continued to grow.
