Nineteen Indian para athletes who won medals at the recently concluded Tokyo Paralympics were felicitated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and sports minister Anurag Thakur in separate functions at New Delhi this week. India's 19 medals at Tokyo 2020 were a record. India had won four medals at Rio 2016.
