Sao Paulo Grand Prix 2025: Norris Wins, Antonelli Secures Second, Verstappen Climbs To Third
Lando Norris won a chaotic Sao Paulo Grand Prix, extending his championship lead as Kimi Antonelli claimed second and Max Verstappen recovered from the pit lane to take third. Norris led from pole amid early Safety Car and Virtual Safety Car drama after incidents involving Gabriel Bortoleto, Oscar Piastri, and Charles Leclerc. Behind, George Russell finished fourth, Piastri fifth, with points also going to Ollie Bearman, Liam Lawson, Isack Hadjar, Nico Hulkenberg, and Pierre Gasly. Ferrari suffered a double DNF, and Lewis Hamilton retired after floor damage, as strategies, penalties, and tire gambles shaped a thrilling race.
