Tunisia are not done yet! A long throw causes problems in the Swedish box and, although the initial danger is cleared, the attack stays alive. Hannibal Mejbri picks up the ball on the right flank and delivers a superb cross into the area. Rekik makes a perfectly timed run to the near post and glances a clever flick beyond the goalkeeper and into the net. A beautifully worked goal from Tunisia, who have cut the deficit and breathed new life into this contest. It's game on once again!
Sweden strike again on the counterattack! Gyokeres shows great vision with a clever through ball, releasing Isak into space. The striker drives forward with purpose, enters the penalty area, and gets his shot away. It isn't the cleanest effort, but it's enough to cause problems. Goalkeeper Chamakh gets both hands to it but can only spill the ball over the line. A costly mistake at the back, and Sweden double their advantage with a ruthless breakaway finish. Tunisia now have a mountain to climb.
Yasin Ayari may have fired Sweden into the lead, but there was no celebration from the midfielder after his stunning strike. The 22-year-old simply raised his hands in acknowledgement, choosing not to celebrate against Tunisia due to his family roots. Born in Sweden to parents of Tunisian and Moroccan heritage, Ayari was eligible to represent Tunisia at international level before committing to Sweden. His powerful finish gave Sweden the breakthrough, but his muted reaction showed respect for the nation his family comes from, earning admiration from fans of both sides.
Sweden's pressure pays off! A long ball finds Isak, and although goalkeeper Chamakh rushes out to clear the danger, the hosts keep the attack alive. Gyokeres' follow-up effort is blocked, but the loose ball falls kindly to Ayari, who unleashes a stunning strike from outside the box and finds the net. Out of respect for his Tunisian roots, Ayari opts not to celebrate as Sweden take an early lead.
Tunisia with the kick off and they launch it away for a throw in deep into Sweden’s half.
