Svensson gives away a cheap foul and Zalewski wins it for Poland in their own half. Nothing too dangerous, but Sweden need to be smarter than that. You can't be handing Poland set pieces, not with Lewandowski lurking around.

Gudmundsson whips one in from the left and Svensson gets his head on it, but it drifts just wide from a tough angle. Promising from Sweden though, they're starting to push forward.

Oh wow, that came out of nowhere! Ayari slides it through beautifully and Elanga doesn't even think twice, left foot, top left corner, absolutely no chance for the keeper. That is a STRIKER'S finish. Sweden are ahead and this place has erupted.

Poland hit back almost immediately. Kaminski lets fly from outside the box but the Sweden keeper is equal to it. The White Eagles are rattled and they know it. They need a response fast.

We have an equalizer! Zielinski slides it through to Zalewski on the left and he tucks it into the bottom right corner. Just like that, all Sweden's good work undone. The White Eagles are alive and this match is wide open again.

Poland winning a corner and then Cash clumsily gives away a foul straight after. The White Eagles are in the ascendancy right now, pressing Sweden back. Blagult need to hold their shape here.

Right before the break and Sweden have done it again! Nygren whips in the cross from the set piece and Lagerbielke is right there, powering a header into the top right corner from close range. The timing is absolutely brutal for Poland. They were the better side for the last ten minutes and now they're going in behind. This one will sting.

And that's your lot for the first half. What a 45 minutes that was. Sweden drew first blood through Elanga's stunning finish, Poland hit back almost immediately through Zalewski, and just when it looked like we'd go in level, Lagerbielke pops up from a set piece to break White Eagles' hearts right before the whistle.

Poland will feel hard done by. They were the better side in the final stretch of the half but have nothing to show for it. Sweden on the other hand will be absolutely buzzing in that dressing room right now.

Second half starts soon. Don't go anywhere.

No time wasted by Poland, they win a corner straight off the bat, Karlström the culprit. The White Eagles are straight back at Sweden. They need a goal and they know it.

We have an equalizer! Zalewski, who scored himself in the first half, this time turns provider, cutting it back to Swiderski who tucks it into the bottom right corner from close range. Cool as you like. The White Eagles have clawed it back and this World Cup playoff is absolutely alive. Sweden's lead has gone, just like that.

Nothing too threatening, just inside their own half. But Poland are keeping the ball well and making Sweden work. The White Eagles aren't sitting back here.

Five minutes to go and Lindelof earns a free kick in their own half. Sweden will take that. Every second counts now. Both teams can smell extra time coming but neither wants it. Nerves are absolutely shredded here.

Sweden strike late, chaos in the box and it falls perfectly for Viktor Gyökeres, who reacts quickest and hammers it in from point-blank range, blasting it high into the net. Sweden lead 3-2.
