The players are on the field as the match is about to begin. The formalities are completed and the match has started just as the whistle is blown. Japan is playing with a 3-4-2-1 formation while Bolivia is going with 4-3-3.
That's a Goal! Japan strikes in the 4th minute of the game. It was a wonderful assist by Takefusa Kubo and Daichi Kamada converted it into the first goal of the match. Japan lead by 1-0.
It's a bad foul by Yukinari Sugawara for which he is correctly given the yellow card. There is a slight delay in the match because of the injury to Fernando Nava because of the foul. Japan still lead by 1-0.
The half-time whistle is blown and the score line still stands at 1-0 in favour of Japan. They looked much in control of the first session as they kept majority of the possession and an converted an opportunity into a goal.
The 2nd half is underway between Japan and Bolivia as the whistle blown. Bolivia will look to make a comeback and cut the deficit while Japan will be looking to widen the score gap between both the teams.
Japan gets another yellow card, this time it was Ko Itakura who was given the card by referee for a bad foul. Bolivia gets a free kick.
Goaaalll...! Shuto Machino netted the ball in the top right corner with a sensational left-footed shot. Japan take the lead to 2-0 and it's going to be very difficult for Bolivia to make a comeback from here.
Goal! Japan is all over Bolivia here, Keito Nakamura hits a right-footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner. It's almost curtains for Bolivia in this match as the deficit widens to 3-0.
The final whistle is blown as the extra time ends and the score line remains the same as what it was in the last update. Japan thrashes the visiting Bolivia by 3-0 in the just concluded international friendly.
Japan pipped Bolivia by 3-0 in the friendly played at the National Olympic Stadium, Tokyo. Daichi Kamada (4`), Shuto Machino (72`) and Keito Nakamura (78`) scored for Japan taking the game away from the reach of Bolivia. It was a dominating victory for Japan and served as great practice for the upcoming FIFA World Cup next year, where Japan will pose themselves as a strong contender win the cup.
