Badoni's wicket did put on a break on the flying run-rate of LSG but the partnership between Josh Inglis (37*) and Rishabh Pant (14*) is now starting to grow. Inglis struck a boundary and a six on the last two balls of Vyashak's over to take the 4th wicket stand to 31 runs.

Just as the partnership between Rishabh Pant and Josh Inglis was getting dangerous, Yuzvendra Chahal gets the big wicket of Rishabh Pant for 26. Chahal bowls a wrong one and Pant tries to slog him over deep-mid wicket but ends up getting it from the toe end of the bat and the fielder takes simple catch at the deep square leg fence.

Bowled! That's a huge blow for Punjab Kings as Mohammed Shami castles Cooper Connolly, who was looking fluent at the crease. It was a beautiful full delivery, which shaped away a tad bit but was enough to miss the edge of Connolly's bat and rattle his stumps. Shami gets his wicket of the night.

After losing two early wickets, skipper Shreyas Iyer and Prabhsimran Singh have stabilized PBKS' innings, while maintaining a healthy run-rate. Both batter have punished bad balls and ensured that they remain in sync with the required run-rate.

The moment the ball cleared the ropes, the Punjab Kings dugout erupted in celebration, knowing their playoff hopes were still alive after ending a painful six-match losing streak.
