Punjab win the toss against Himachal Pradesh and elect to field first.

Sukhdeep Bajwa makes proves his PUN skipper's decision to bowl first right by getting two early breakthroughs within 5 overs. AR Kalsi and Kushal Pal, both the batters were dismissed without opening their accounts by Bajwa.
Punjab have make early inroads into the Himachal Pradesh batting line-up. HP need to forge a partnership here to post a competitive score against a strong Punjab batting line-up.
Pukhraj Mann (20*) and skipper Mridul P Surroch (21*) have stitched a small 5th wicket partnership for HP after a horrendous start, where they lost 4 wickets quickly. HP need this partnership to go on for as long as possible.
Skipper Mridul P Surroch (30*) and Pukhraj Mann (38*) have forged a 70-run ongoing stand for the 5th wicket. HP have finally stabilized a bit after a shaky start but they still have a long way to go as one wicket can open the floodgates of wickets.
The fifth wicket stand between Mridul P Surroch (43*) and Pukhraj Mann (53*) has crossed the 100-run mark and is still going strong. Both the batter have batted brilliantly to take out from a precarious position. They still have 25 overs left and would be eyeing to build on the innings from here.
Pukhraj Mann has played the role of a savior for Himachal Pradesh with his sensational 76 of 86 balls. He is still going strong and has been well complemented by skipper Mridul P Surroch (58*). Both the batters have build a 147-run partnership for the 5th wicket and are still going strong.
Naman Dhir turned the tide of the match again in Punjab's favour with 2 back-to-back wickets and Mridul P Surroch's run-out made it worse for HP. Punjab will be wrap things up up from here by picking the remaining three wickets.
Himachal Pradesh is all out for just 221 in 47.2 overs. Pukhraj Mann (76) and Mridul P Surroch (58) were the highest scorers for HP, while Sukhdeep Bajwa turned out to be the highest wicket-take for PUN with 4 wickets.
While chasing 222, Punjab got off to a shaky start as they lost Harnoor Singh on the first ball of the innings for a duck followed by Uday Saharan, who also couldn't open his account. Both the breakthroughs were given by Rohit D Kumar.
After copping initial two blows, the Punjab innings has been stabilized by skipper Prabhsimran Singh, who is batting on 32 off 33 balls along with Amolpreet Singh (20*). Both the batters have already stitched a 58-run partnership already for the 3rd wicket.
Prabhsimran Singh and Amolpreet Singh have taken their team to a strong position from a dodgy one. The partnership between both the batters for the 3rd wicket is now of 107 runs. It's PUN's game to lose from here on.
Himachal Pradesh finally gets a breakthrough as Vaibhav Arora dismisses Prabhsimran Singh for 84. Naman Dhir comes to the crease to join Amolpreet Singh. PUN still need 77 runs in 24 overs to win.
Punjab are now on the verge of victory against Himachal Pradesh. Amolpreet Singh and Naman Dhir have stitched a 33-run partnership for the 4th wicket to almost seal the seal for PUN.
Punjab rout Himachal Pradesh by 6 wickets with 83 balls left. Naman Dhir gets to his half-century in just 45 balls to seal it for his team. Skipper Prabhsimran Singh (84) and Amolpreet Singh's (72) clinical innings made short work of the chase and gave 4 points to Punjab in their fourth group match against Himachal Pradesh.
