Heavy showers lashed several parts of Delhi on Monday, causing waterlogging and traffic disruptions, with Chhatarpur recording the highest rainfall at 28 mm between 8.30 am and 11.30 am.
The IMD forecast further rain accompanied by thunderstorms, lightning and winds of up to 40 kmph across parts of the national capital.
Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 27.8 degrees Celsius at Safdarjung, while the maximum temperature is expected to settle around 34 degrees Celsius.
