For seventeen years, Dr. Rajitha Vanga's classroom was a medical college lecture hall, her subject Anatomy, her audience a rotating batch of MBBS students. She held a PhD, had built a stable academic career as an Associate Professor of Medicine, and by most conventional measures, had nothing to prove. Today, she runs RV Life Coaching, a personal transformation practice that has worked with more than 45,000 people across India, largely in Telugu and Tamil, languages the country's English-dominated self-help industry rarely bothers to reach.
