As someone who has benefitted from mentorship and leadership development throughout his career, Annam plans to pay it forward and continue mentoring rising leaders in the retail industry. He believes in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and improvement. To that end, he plans to create mentorship programs enabling future retail leaders to meet their career goals. At the operational level, he strives to help others embrace technological changes, overcome industry challenges, and develop the necessary skills to lead large-scale enterprises.
