Govinda has issued a legal warning against what he has described as false, defamatory and unverified claims about his personal and family life. Govinda Legal Notice Over Personal Life Claims

The notice issued on Govinda’s behalf warns media organisations, digital platforms, social media users and content creators against publishing or sharing material that is allegedly fabricated or defamatory. It also covers manipulated photographs, videos, audio recordings, deepfakes and AI-generated content involving the actor.

According to the notice, Govinda has not authorised the use or alteration of his voice, photographs, identity or likeness through artificial intelligence or other digital technologies. His team has stated that civil and criminal remedies could be pursued in cases involving alleged defamation, privacy violations, identity misuse and cybercrime.

The notice reportedly warns that damages of up to ₹100 crore could be sought from those found responsible. Further legal proceedings could also include requests concerning the assets and financial accounts of individuals allegedly involved.

Govinda, Sunita Ahuja And Komal Rani Swarnkar Controversy

The legal warning follows a series of developments involving Govinda and Sunita. Sunita recently made comments about Govinda’s equation with Komal, referring to the latter as his “sugar daddy” and questioning their public appearances. Govinda subsequently urged Sunita to avoid statements that he claimed could damage his reputation and career.

On August 19, Sunita was seen leaving Bandra Family Court with their son Yashvardhan Ahuja. Govinda’s manager Shashi Sinha later confirmed that Sunita had withdrawn her divorce petition, which had reportedly remained pending for around two years.

Sunita subsequently claimed during a phone conversation with Rakhi Sawant that she withdrew the petition because Govinda was allegedly planning to marry Komal. Govinda’s manager has denied any plans for a second marriage.
