On the final day of the two-day Collectors’ Conference held at the State Secretariat, Naidu reviewed the law-and-order situation with district collectors and SPs.

He advocated the adoption of technology and innovation to enhance police efficiency and cited recent attempts to disturb law and order through false propaganda related to urea. He directed the collectors to target a 15% growth rate, focus on employment generation, effectively utilize human resources, and work towards improving public satisfaction.
Naidu stressed that maintaining law and order should be a top priority, with an ambitious target of reducing the crime rate by 33%. He urged officials to bring about significant change within three months.
Addressing the concluding session of the conference, Naidu stated that the right people have been posted in the right places.
He emphasized his priority of interacting with young IAS and IPS officers to motivate and inspire them to achieve their targets, adding that the state is in an inspiring phase. He advised officials to harness technology for better outcomes.
He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s GST reforms and suggested that further reforms are needed to position India as a global leader, while also stressing the importance of product perfection.
Maintaining law and order was underscored as essential to boosting investor confidence. Naidu outlined the state’s ambitious growth plans, affirming that there would be no compromise in achieving the targets, and encouraged officials to focus on employment generation through innovation.
Naidu is promoting the “One Family – One Entrepreneur” initiative by providing skill development training and encouraging work-from-home opportunities.
He also advocated for green energy solutions such as rooftop solar panels, even on police offices, and the adoption of electric vehicles. Further, he encouraged a circular economy and aimed to reduce logistics costs through improved road, rail, and marine infrastructure.
Health was another priority, with the state allocating `20,000 crore to the sector. He stressed the importance of cutting costs by leveraging technology.
Earlier, Naidu emphasized the responsibility to protect handicrafts and those dependent on them. He suggested developing model panchayats in tribal areas to implement developmental works and urged excise officials to frame policies promoting digital payments to ensure transparency.
