17 Years On: Mumbai Remembers The 26/11 Terror Attacks

Seventeen years after ten armed Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists stormed Mumbai on November 26, 2008, the city still lives with the memory of those 60 hours of terror. The coordinated attacks across the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, Oberoi Trident, CST, Nariman House, and Leopold Café killed 166 people and injured hundreds, exposing vulnerabilities while also revealing acts of courage by security forces, hotel staff, and ordinary citizens. As India marks another anniversary of 26/11, the images from that night continue to stand as stark reminders of resilience forged in tragedy.
