Six Months Into Gaza War, No End in Sight
Hamas, in control of the Gaza Strip since 2007, launched an attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, resulting in around 1,200 deaths, Israeli officials say. Now, six months have passed since Israel initiated its harsh assault on Gaza. The death toll has been staggering, with over 33,000 Palestinians reported killed, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.
