Chef Garima Arora doesn't need any introduction. She has been India's proudest culinary star since her first Michelin in 2018, but recently, she added another feather, or star, to her hat. On December 13, at the Michelin Guide Thailand Star Revelation 2024 ceremony, Arora's Gaa earned a second Michelin star, making her the first Indian female chef to hold the accolade. But there's more she has set for herself to achieve.
