The 2025 World Aquatics Championships has kick-started in Singapore, from today July 11 and will go on till August 3, with 206 nations participating in this grandeur event, and seeing over 2500 athletes take centerstage.
The 2025 World Aquatics Championships is usually held every two years, features 77 medal events in six categories. The event will be held at the World Aquatics Championships Arena (WCH Arena) in Singapore.

Men's water polo starts from Saturday, Jul 12 and the group stage will conclude on Jul 19 with the women's finals slated to be held on Wednesday, Jul 23 and the men's finals on Thursday, Jul 24.
Speaking of the Indian contingent, the tournament will act as a preparatory event for the swimmers ahead of the 11th Asian Swimming Championships in Ahmedabad.
