- Admissions to all children in the neighbourhood is guaranteed without payment of any donations. Which should go a long way in removing all admission blues.
- CSS has been mandated by Parliament not once but thrice— in 1968, 1986 and 1992.
- And it isn't a pipedream, insist CSS votaries. Large parts of the world, from communist Cuba to a privatised America, have all implemented CSS.
