Karnataka: Lokayukta Conducts Raids Across 70 Locations For Disproportionate Assets Cases

Lokayukta sleuths conducted searches against 13 government officers at over 70 locations across Karnataka in connection with disproportionate assets cases on Tuesday.

Lokayukta sources reported the seizure of a substantial amount of cash, jewellery, incriminating documents related to investments, luxurious residences, and high-end vehicles during the searches.

"The raids are taking place against 13 officials. Searches are ongoing in more than 70 locations," stated Lokayukta Inspector General of Police Dr A Subramanyeahwara Rao to PTI. He also mentioned that three of the officials are currently posted in Bengaluru.
