IndiGo Airlines: Mumbai-Ranchi Flight Makes Emergency Landing At Nagpur After Passenger Pukes Blood, Dies Later

It has been reported that following the emergency landing, the 62-year-old passenger, who was battling Tuberculosis, was rushed to a private hospital in Nagpur for medical treatment where he died.

In an untoward incident, a Mumbai to Ranchi IndiGo flight on Monday was forced to make an emergency landing at Nagpur airport after one of the passengers started vomiting blood. Upon landing, the passenger was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to his illness.

As per media reports, the 62-year-old passenger, Devanand Tiwari, who was battling Tuberculosis, started vomiting blood at around 8 AM.

It has been reported that following the emergency landing, the ailing passenger was rushed to a private hospital in Nagpur for medical treatment where he died. 

Following the necessary medical procedures and clearance, the flight successfully resumed its journey from Nagpur and to Ranchi
