Dr. Arunkumar Bongale is a Professor and Head of the Robotics and Automation Department at the Symbiosis Institute of Technology (SIT) in Pune, India. With more than 15 years of academic and research experience, his expertise spans smart manufacturing, robotics and automation, material science, and composite materials. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a master’s degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. An active researcher, Dr. Bongale has contributed substantially to his field with more than 25 publications across prominent international and national journals and conferences.
