Upasana's Mother Reveals She Wanted To Name Her Klin Kaara, Thanks Son-In-Law Ram Charan

Ram Charan and Upasana welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on June 20, and around 10 days later, the couple finally revealed their daughter's name by sharing photos from the naming ceremony. The couple has named their little one, Klin Kaara. 

Now in a new Instagram post, Upasana's mother, Shobana Kamineni, has revealed that she wanted to give Upasana the same name, which the couple has now given to her granddaughter.  Upasana's mom Shobana shared photos featuring herself, husband Anil Kamineni, Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha, along with Ram, Upasana and the newborn.

She wrote, "Upasna, I wanted to name you KlinKaara, when you were born. Thank you both (Ram & Upasna) for the most perfect child of your love, who will be our future transformational energy. We love you Kaara (sic)."

Ram and Upasana too shared pictures from baby Klin's naming ceremony, with a note, "With the blessings of the Chenchu Tribal Goddess - Bhauramma Devi we introduce our beloved granddaughter KLIN KAARA KONIDELA Taken from the Lalitha Sahasranamam the name signifies a transformative, purifying energy that brings about a spiritual awakening Lots of love Surekha Chiranjeevi Shobana Anil (sic)."

Revealing her name, they wrote, "KLIN KAARA KONIDELA Taken from the Lalitha Sahasranamam the name signifies a transformative, purifying energy that brings about a spiritual awakening A big big hug to our daughters grandparents (sic)."
