Ira Khan, daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta is all set to tie the knot with her fiance Nupur Shikhare in January 2024. The pre-wedding festivities have started and Ira has shared glimpses of it on her social media. Aamir Khan's ex-wife Kiran Rao, his son Azad, Ira and Nupur's friend Mithila Palkar among others were in attendance.
For the wedding festivities, the bride-to-be donned a red saree with a golden blouse, while Nupur was also in a red kurta that he paired with a golden jacket and black pyjamas.
Ira took to her Instagram Stories and shared pics and videos from the Maharashtrian Kelvan celebration. She dropped a video where all guests, including Kiran Rao and Azad, were seen having dinner with others.

Every guest was served a Maharashtrian-style meal on a banana leaf. In the video, she was heard saying, "My God guys, get married to a Maharashtrian and get a Kelvan. How fun is this?”
Mithila Palkar also posted fun-filled pictures with Ira and Nupur. She captioned one pic, "Let's get you guys married." while she captioned another one, "The wedding festivities have begun."
Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare got engaged in September last year. They hosted a grand engagement party in November which was attended by their close friends and family members. They are reportedly getting married on January 3.

Earlier, Aamir Khan, while talking about his daughter's special day, told News18, “Main toh bada emotional hota hoon bhai, uss din main bahut rone waala hoon yeh toh tay hai. (I’m extremely emotional, and I’m going to cry a lot at Ira’s wedding, that’s for sure).”
