Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta's daughter Ira Khan, is all set to tie the knot with her fiance, Nupur Shikhare on January 3, 2024. The pre-wedding festivities began and it started with the kelvan ceremony on November 3.
Ira took to her Instagram handle to share a glimpse of the ceremony. She dropped a bunch of photos from her kelvan ceremony. Ira's mother Reena Dutta was also present and Nupur's family was also there. Also, Ira's friends Mithila Palkar and Zayn Marie Khan also joined the celebration.
Ira wore a pink saree with a Peshwai nose ring and Nupur was also in a traditional outfit for their special occasion. In the first pic, the would-be-bride was seen candidly looking at Nupur as he was going to feed her something with a spoon. There was also a small video of Ira and Nupur, in which she fed him. She spoke in Marathi before feeding Nupur and everyone present in the room appreciated her.

For the unversed, the Kelvan ceremony is a pre-wedding Marathi ritual where the families of the soon-to-be bride and the groom invite each other's families for meals and exchange gifts.
Ira and Nupur got engaged last year and they hosted an engagement party for their family and friends in Mumbai. Earlier, in one of the interviews, Aamir Khan revealed that Ira will get married in January 2024.
