Imran Khan Says, 'I'm Working On It' As The Actor Hints At Possibility Of Bollywood Comeback

Imran Khan has hinted at the possibility of making a comeback in Bollywood. The 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' actor shared his first Instagram post in five years.

Good news for all the fans of Imran Khan out there. The handsome hunk hints at the possibility of making a comeback in Bollywood. Yes, you read that right! The 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na' actor shared his first Instagram post in five years. Imran was last seen in the film 'Katti Batti' in 2015 opposite Kangana Ranaut. Since then he has been away from the limelight. 

On his Instagram Threads, Khan updated fans that he is working on his Bollywood comeback. He wrote, “To whom it may concern; I hear you. And I'm working on it. Thank you for being so patient with me (sic).” The actor shared a screenshot of it on Instagram and captioned it as "I guess that's what I get for posting on Threads (sic)."

As soon as he dropped the post, his comments section was flooded with messages. One wrote, ''Jaane Tu - 2, I hate luv stories - 2, Break ke baad - 2 pleaseeeeeeee'' while another user wrote, ''We need a romcom''. ''We want romcoms back with you in it,'' commented another fan.

Recently, the actor hinted that he might return to acting replying to a fan. The fan had commented on veteran actor Zeenat Aman's Instagram post on her new commercial for a brand, “Zeenat ji ne bhi comeback karlia, patani mera @imrankhan kab karega.” To which Imran replied, “Chalo Aditi, let's leave this to the internet… 1M likes, and I'll make it happen (shake hands emoji).” 

Imran made his debut as a lead actor in Abbas Tyrewala's 2008 romantic comedy 'Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na'. Post that he starred in movies like 'I Hate Luv Storys', 'Break Ke Baad', 'Mere Brother Ki Dulhan', 'Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu' and 'Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola' among others.

Talking about his personal life, he separated from his wife Avantika Malik and reportedly Imran is currently dating actress Lekha Washington.
