In a momentous event, Shri Manohar Lal, Union Minister of Power, Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, officially launched the Outlook Collector’s Edition titled “The Man, The Vision, The Mission” on August 11, 2025, in New Delhi. The special edition celebrates the minister’s visionary leadership and relentless commitment to transforming the lives of common citizens across India.
