During his last role, Rayan founded and scaled Houzbay into a significant real estate mandate and advisory business in Bengaluru, working across 20+ residential projects, sold over 5 million sq. ft. of inventory and delivered ₹2,000+ crore in sales across formats, partnering with several renowned real estate firms.
