September 30, 2026: Omara Ventures India Limited, which operates the designer jewellery brand OMARA, opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) today. The issue will remain open for subscription until October 5, 2026.
The company has filed its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) for the IPO, which comprises up to 13.50 lakh equity shares and will aggregate up to ₹41.99 crore at the upper price band. The issue is proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
