Tour de France 2025: Ben Healy Clinches Stage 6 With Brilliant Solo Breakaway

Ben Healy claimed a sensational victory in Stage 6 of the Tour de France 2025 with a solo breakaway over the 201.5 km route from Bayeux to Vire Normandie. The Irish rider surged ahead with 40 km to go and never looked back, earning his first-ever Tour stage win. American Quinn Simmons and Aussie Michael Storer followed in second and third, respectively. Mathieu van der Poel reclaimed the yellow jersey from Tadej Pogacar by just one second after finishing eighth. The hilly stage featured six climbs and a steep uphill finish that tested even the race’s top contenders.
