After struggling in the initial exchanges, Iga Swiatek has hit back by clinching the 1st set via tie-break. Despite a series of unforced errors, Swiatek comes through unscathed with a 6-7 (5-7) score.
Swiatek leads 2-4 but Yuan is giving a tough fight to the Polish player. Swiatek was leading 3-0 in the 2nd set but some unforced errors has seen the Chinese player make a comeback. Swiatek's first-serve percentage is down at 56% (Yuan Yue's is 71%) and she's only winning 36% points behind her second serve.
