The second half is underway at Al Medina Stadium, score still 0-0. Tanzania’s Bakari Mwamnyeto is flagged offside immediately, and a foul by Aziz Kayondo hands the Taifa Stars a free kick on the right wing. The Cranes will need to stay sharp as the Tanzania look to find a breakthrough.

The Cranes are right back in it. Denis Omedi swings in a teasing cross and Uche Ikpeazu times his run perfectly, thumping a header from the center straight into the net. It’s 1-1 at Al Medina Stadium, and this one is alive all over again. Momentum has swung, the crowd is up, and the Taifa Stars are suddenly under serious pressure.
