The referee blows his whistle, and Mumbai City's Brandon Fernandes takes the kick-off to get tonight's match underway. Both teams ni their home kits in a JRD Tata stadium with a good number of fans. Stay tuned!

A very attacking start from both sides. After an early push from Jamshedpur, Mumbai City have gained posession, and Vikram Partap had a couple of shots, but they flew miles over the goal.

It's a real-to-end game at the moment. After some pressure by Jamshedpur, Mumbai City float in a ball into the opposition box. The hosts fail to clear it properly, and Tluanga has a cracker of a shot from outside the penalty area that is just about tipped over by Gomes.

The game has become a bit scrappy, with a number of crunching tackles flying by. Jamshedpur fashion a chance through a long throw by Barla, who makes its way to Lalhriatpuia, but the winger's shot goes wide off the post.

The best chance of the match so far, and it falls to Messi Bouli. A cross from the left by Lalhriatpuia finds the Cameroonian. He chests it down and has a shot on the half-turn, and Lachenpa makes a brilliant save to parry it behind. Owen Coyle can't believe it!!

Jamshedpur win a corner, which Stojanovic floats in towards the far corner. It picks out Messi Bouli perfectly, but he can't get a get a header on under pressure from a defender. Goalkick for Mumbai City.

Brandon Fernandes puts Mumbai City ahead at the stroke of half-time!! A throw from the left is worked by Kauko to Noufal, who plays it to Fernandes. He has a shot on the half-turn which takes a slight deflection from Eze, completely wrong-footing Gomes to find the back of the net.

That was the last action of the half. After a faily cagey first half, it's Mumbai City who have a slender ahead courtesy of Brandon Fernandes' deflected goal. A big second half awaits us.

The players are out on the pitch, and it's Jamshedpur – trailing by a goal – who get the second half underway under the floodlights at the Furnace. No changes at the break for either side.

Jamshedpur FC have started the second half really well. They work the ball from the right and it finds Stojanovic. He pulls the trigger from some distance and catches it really well, and the shot fizzes just over the bar. Lachenpa would have had his angles covered though.

Mumbai City almost double their lead out of nowhere. A long ball from the Islanders' half catches Gomes by surprise, and Pratik – under pressure from the onrushing Chhangte – clears it, but the goalkeeper tips it behind, taking no chances.

A wasted opportunity from Mumbai City. Chhangte takes a corner, floating in a dangerous looking ball towards the far corner. Chhetri jumps over everyone else to get a header, but it's wayward and off-target.

Owen Coyle has a few choice words for the fourth official after being unhappy with an on-field call. The referee shows him a yellow card. It's getting spicy at the Furnace.

That was the chance for Mumbai City to bury the contest!! Noufal does exceptionally well to make a mazy run past a horde of bodies before laying it off for Chhangte, but the Mumbai skipper skies his attempt. Petr Kratky has his head in his hands.

So close from Jamshedpur again!! A brilliant cross from the left by Mark Zo is not punched away properly by Lachenpa – not for the first time tonight. It falls to Barretto, who takes a first-time shot. It's goalbound, but Reis makes a good clearance off the line to keep Mumbai City's lead intact.

Sarthak Golui with the equaliser for Jamshedpur!! It took a stunning save from Lachenpa to tip the ball behind for a corner, but the Men of Steel strike from the set-piece. The ball is floated in towards the far post, and Golui gets a header that hits the inside of the crossbar before sneaking in.

Jamshedpur pile on the pressure during the seven minutes of stoppage time, but Mumbai City defenders somehow hold firm to come away with a draw. Referee Harish Kundu blows the full-time whistle, and both teams will share a point at the JRD Tata Sports Complex tonight.
