Off we go at the JLN stadium in Fatorda for today's second Group B match between FC Goa and Inter Kashi FC. The Gaurs will start from left to right and Inter Kashi will attack from right to left.
Terrible piece of defending there by Inter Kashi FC as they concede the first goal of the match within 3 minutes. It was a Kashi throw-in near their own box but one of the defender slipped and Nemil squared the ball to Drazic, who comfortably found the back of the net.
The first 15 minutes of the game has gone by and FC Goa are flowing well throughout the pitch after taking an early lead in the 3rd minute through Dejan Drazic's strike. The Gaurs are containing the ball well and have the lions share in possession rate.
FC Goa are all over Inter Kashi at the moment. The Goa frontline has been absolutely outstanding and are constantly putting line breaking passes through the Kashi defence, which has done quite well to not concede the 2nd goal.
Extraordinary finish that from Borja Herrera! His left-footed attempt squeezed past Kashi goalkeeper Shubham, who dived towards his right but failed to stop the shot. FC Goa extend their lead to 2 goals as we approach half-time.
It's that man Borja, again. Just 4 minutes after scoring his first, the 32-year-old scores his second through a flying header with keeper Shubham having no chance to save yet again. It was a great ball in by the Goan left-back and Borja, too, did well to get a finish off the move.
FC Goa have been spectacular in this first-half against Inter Kashi FC as the Gaurs lead by 3-0 at half-time. Dejan Drezic's opener was complimented by Borja Herrera's brace and the Goans will be hoping for more when they return for the 2nd half shortly.
Inter Kashi FC surely have a huge mountain to climb against FC Goa, who will have more goals on their minds after scoring 3 in the first-half. One thing is certain, it will be a long remaining 45 minutes for Kashi.
FC Goa are relentlessly chasing their 4th goal of the match but Inter Kashi's defence has done well so far to keep them quiet in the second-half.
It has become a total one-sided affair at the JLN stadium in Fatorda as FC Goa look absolutely flawless against Inter Kashi, who have remained unsuccessful in threatening the Goans.
Into injury time and the Gaurs are well on their way to victory over Inter Kashi FC. Manolo Marquez will be pleased with his side's efforts in this tie.
Full-time and FC Goa register a thumping 3-0 win over Inter Kashi FC in their Super Cup match.
FC Goa, with their 3-0 win over Inter Kashi FC, have become the first side to qualify for the semi-finals of the AIFF Super 2026. Head coach Manolo Marquez will be satisfied with his side's performance tonight. Up next, the Goans will take on the NorthEast United FC in their 3rd and final Group B match on November 1.
