Loose ball, falls gently to Lalrindika stationed on the right side of the pitch and his volley finds the back of the net. East Bengal are back in the game and are looking to secure the lead.

East Bengal extend their lead to two as Youssef Ezzejjari calmly slots the ball in to the net. Miguel Figueira. runs down the right side and perfectly weights a through pass to the feet of Ezzejjari, who despite taking a touch away, nicks the ball through the extended legs of goalkeeper Vishal Gupta to put it into the net. East Bengal are dominating here with a two-goal lead.
A strong performance from the hosts in the opening 45 minutes. They were rocked early by a goal from Sporting Club Delhi, but they didn't panic and immediately made a comeback to the half. Ezzejjari scored a brace after that to make sure East Bengal stayed comfortably in front and they enter the break with the lead secure with them. SC Delhi have job to do in second half.
East Bengal piles pressure on SC Delhi at the start of the second half. It is Miguel Figueira again, who floats in the left half-space and uses a dummy run from Ezzejjari to open up Nandha Kumar from the right side. But Nandha tries to put power behind the goal and misses the target.
SC Delhi create few scattered attacks but nothing sustained. Matija Babovic 's weak header from the centre of the box is saved in the bottom left corner by Prabhsukhan Gill. East Bengal in control of the match here.
East Bengal keeps peppering the SC Delhi goal with crosses and through balls although neither of the strikers got to make the decisive blow. Earlier, SC Delhi got a solid chance to pull one back but Jospeh Sunny ended up missing the ball as his tap in went wide. East Bengal nearing a victory here.

East Bengal extend their lead further and seal the victory in favour with the final nail in the coffin. They kept creating chances and this time Miguel Ferriera gets free chance to drive in and his left-footed strike from the top of the box finds the back of the net. Absolute dominance from the hosts.
A dominant win and East Bengal move to the top of the ISL 2025-26 points table. A controlled performance from the hosts and they gave SC Delhi no chance. Conceded a goal early in the game, but they didn't get rocked and once Edmund Lalrindika scored an equaliser from long ranger, the hosts controlled proceedings. Youssef Ezzejjeri scored another brace, converting a penalty and then a calm finish. The performance was topped by Miguel Figueira in the dying minutes when he thumped one to the goal. Figueira was a key contributor in this game. SC Delhi are in trouble now after suffering defeat in two consecutive matches.
