Bipin puts East Bengal ahead!! Edmund finds Vishnu, who drops his shoulder and gets an acre of space to run into before cutting it across the face of the goal. It goes past Anuj and finds Bipin, who puts in a tap-in to find the back of the net.

Almost the entire attacking impetus has come from East Bengal's side in the opening 10 minutes or so. However, the Red and Gold Brigade failed to break down the Odisha defenmce. A good pace in front of the box finds Vishu, who goes past one challenge before earning a corner. The resulting ball into the box is aimed towards Sibille put is cleared.
