Jan Frylinck scored a 45-ball 77 as Namibia ended the series on a high, by recording a 28-run victory in the third and final T20I against Zimbabwe in Bulawayo on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
Frylinck's knock of 77 consisted of 8 fours and six maximums as NAM posted a mammoth 204-7 (20 overs). Ruben Trumpelmann (46) and Alexander Volschenk (20) contributed to the score as well.
Frylinck's 77-run knock saw him come close to breaking broke Yuvraj Singh's 18-year-old record in the shortest format of the game.
In reply, the hosts started badly by losing three wickets inside the powerplay including Brendan Taylor (6). However, Sean Williams (77) and Ryan Burl (32) did bring some parity to the ZIM scorecard. However, JJ Smit (4/29) ran through the Zimbabwe batting-order as they won the match with ease.
Earlier, Namibia had won the toss and elected to bat first against Zimbabwe in the third and final T20I at Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo on Thursday (September 18, 2025).
Zimbabwe had already clinched the three-match series 2-0 and were eyeing a 3-0 sweep. The Gerhard Erasmus-led visitors, on the other hand, were playing for pride and and avoided a whitewash.

The hosts, captained by Sikandar Raza, won the first match by a comfortable 33-run margin, having scored a big total of 211. They then chased down Namibia's 170-run target with 11 balls to spare in the second T20I.
