Google Doodle Today, WPL 2025: The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2025 gets underway today, February 14 starting with a match between Gujarat Giants and Royal Challengers Bengaluru
The Google Doodle features two birds, apparently ducks, engaged in a cricket match and surrounded by a vast, green field, stumps, bat and a ball. If you manage to click on the animated graphic, it takes you to an interactive 'Mini Cup' game, created especially for the WPL 2025.
If you take your cursor (from your desktop) onto the graphic, it reads with the caption, "Women's Premier League 2025 begins!'
Speaking of the WPL 2025, the opening match of the much-awaited tournament sees Gujarat Giants (GG) taking on defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in Vadodara on Friday, February 14.
This year, the tournament will be held across four cities - Vadodara, Lucknow, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
