Drama at the end as Bengal’s innings wraps up at 279! Akash Deep and Ishan Porel fall in back-to-back overs, bringing the curtains down on what was a gritty innings. Siddarth Desai shines with the ball, finishing with a brilliant four-wicket haul to keep Gujarat in control.

Yudhvir Singh is taking charge at the crease, flashing his bat all around! He’s already raced to 26 off just 17 balls, hitting 4 fours and a massive six. Still, J&K trails by 37 runs, so plenty of work left for the home side.

Vishnu Solanki’s superb knock finally ends on 131, trapped in front by Saurabh Kumar after holding the innings together. With the set batter gone, it’s now down to Rasikh Salam and Mahesh Pithiya to squeeze out those precious tail-end runs and push Baroda past 325.

Rahane is in sublime touch! Coming back to the crease after Shams Mulani’s dismissal, he powers his way to 150 with a crisp boundary off Bhareth. Mumbai are cruising at 344/6 in 112.0 overs vs Chhattisgarh, with Rahane leading the charge.

News from Tinsukia. Services have defeated Assam by 8 wickets in what was just the 2nd day of the 4-day fixture. SER had bowled ASM out for 103 and 75 across innings before chasing down an easy target of 71. Left-arm spinner Arjun Sharma was adjudged man of the match for his bowling figures of 5/46 and 4/20

The Ankit Kumar-led team Haryana have defeated Tripura on just the 2nd day at Rohtak. Tripura were bowled out for 126 and 47 with Haryana scoring 158 in the 2nd innings and chasing just 16 runs in the 4th innings for the victory. HAR's Parth Vats has been adjudged as man of the match for for registering 7 wickets across the match

Tamil Nadu have declared their 1st innings for a score of 512 at the Centre of Excellence Ground in Bengaluru where they are taking on Nagaland in Elite Group A. Vimal Khumar and Pradosh Ranjan Paul starred with scores of 189 and 201* respectively with Andre Siddarth and Baba Indrajith contributing with their 65 and 32*. Nagaland have come out to bat and have lost their first wicket already for just 9 runs as they trail by 503.

Jharkhand are going strong against Vidarbha on day 2 and have scored 237 runs at the loss of 3 wickets. Star batter Ishan Kishan, who scored a century in the previous round, has come out to the crease and is batting alongside Virat Singh.

The match between Andhra Pradesh and Baroda has been delayed due to rain in Vizianagaram. BAR were all out for 363 runs in the 1st innings. AP are currently 43/2 from 16 overs and they trail by 320 runs.

Maharashtra have been bowled out for 313 on day 2 of their match against Chandigarh. Ruturaj Gaikwad played an exceptional knock of 116, Arshin Kulkarni scored 50 and Saurabh Nawale provided the finishing touch with his 66. In the 2nd innings, currently, Chandigarh are in deep trouble as they find themselves 8 down for a score of 163 with a trail of 150.

Vidarbha have turned it around as Jharkhand, who were 237/3 just an hour ago, are on the verge of getting all out after a dramatic fall from the middle-order. JHA are 305/9 after 113 overs.

Harnoor Singh's 170 off 343 has set the tone perfectly for Punjab, who have scored 376 runs at the loss of 8 wickets in Mullanpur. Kerala need 2 more wickets to inflict the all out.

Gujarat are nearing towards getting all out at the Eden Gardens as they trail by 172 runs. All-rounder Shahbaz Ahmed has been exceptional with the ball, picking 4 wickets with Akash Deep and Mohammed Shami picking 1 and 2 wickets respectively.

Mumbai have scored 406 runs in the 1st innings at the loss of 8 wickets against Chhattisgarh. Akash Anand has scored a tremendous half-century from number 8 and Tushar Deshpande is standing alongside him in the crease.

Earlier today, Tamil Nadu's Gurjanpreet Singh became the first bowler in this season's Ranji Trophy edition to register a hat-trick against Nagaland, who are 150/4 and trail by 362 runs.

Despite the middle-order collapse, Jharkhand have been able to score 332 runs in the 1st innings, through late flurries from Sahil Raj, Jatin Pandey and Vikas Kumar against Vidarbha.
