Early breakthrough for Malaysia!! The minnows were thrashed all over park in the opening over, but Sathnakumaran roars back to dismiss the captain, Ayush Mhatre. The skipper's disappointing run of form continues as he is caught by Patro. Vihaan Malhotra is the new batter.

India's fiery approach has continued, but Malaysia have prevented any partnership from building as they remove Vihaan. He goes for just seven runs, having been caught by Aalif. Vedant Trivedi comes on as the new batter.

The first powerplay is over, and it has been a mixed start for India U19. They have maintained a healthy run rate of almost nine-an-over, but they have also lost two wickets, including that of skipper Mhatre. Suryavanshi, though, looks like he is in the mood to hit, currently batting on 49 at a strike rate of 204.

That's the wicket that Malaysia wanted, as Suryavanshi has to depart after reaching a 200-strike-rate half-century. The youngster will be disappointed, as he looked completely set out on the pitch, but he was caught by Nurhanif. Abhigyan Kundu is the new batter, and he gets off the mark immediately.

Malaysian bowlers have really pegged back the run rate, which now stands at a touch over seven-an-over. Kundu and Trivedi are focused on building a strong partnership, which already stands at 57 off 57 balls. India U19 need to bat for a longer time to reach a 350-plus total.

India cross the 200-run mark in the 29th over at a run-rate of just over seven-an-over. It has been a terrific partnership between Trivedi and Kundu, which stands at 116 off 111 balls. Both are in their 60s at the moment, so will we see at least one century in this innings?

What a knock from Kundu!! The youngster reaches his century in style, hitting a boundary to reach 102 off 80 balls. Trivedi is at 75 on the other end. This is turning out to be a terrific partnership for India U19, worth 170 runs now.

Oh no, what have you done Vedant!! It was an inspired knock from the IND U19 batter, but he hit it straight back into the grasp of the bowler, who makes no mistake. As a result, Vedant has to depart for 90, and India U19 lose their fourth wicket of the day. Harvansh Pangalia is the new batter.

Another blow for India U19, as the new batter Pangalia sees his stumps rattled by Akram, departing for just five runs. A bit of a halt in the run rate as far as IND U19 are concerned, and they will want Kundu (143*) to see through the innings to reach a total around 400.

Abhigyan Kundu's unbeaten 209 has seen India U-19 register 408 in 50 overs against Malaysia in their Asia Cup 2025 match. N Sathnakumaran took a hammering, conceding 110 runs in 10 overs.

An early breakthrough for India U19, as Kishan gets the wicket of Wajdi, shattering his stumps as the Emirati opener goes out for a duck. Muhd Afinid is the new batter for UAE U19.

Both of UAE U19's openers are back in the pavilion as Hairil is caught by Chauhan for an astonishing 19-ball duck. First wicket of the day for Udhav Mohan. Skipper Deeaz Patro is the new batter for MAS U19.

After posting a mammoth total, Indian bowlers are now wreaking havoc on the Malaysian batting line-up as they have sent 4 top order MAL batters back to the hut within 11 overs. MAL need a miracle from here to come back in the game.

Malaysia are on the verge of a massive collapse as they lose 6 wickets for just 33 runs. Deepesh Devendran has the wrecker-in-chief for India, who broke the back of MAS' chase with 4 wickets.

Malaysia are moving rapidly towards a massive defeat against India as they as 8 down for 57 in response to a massive 409-run target. Deepesh Devendran's 5-wicket haul played a massive role in triggering MAS' epic collapse.
