Rajasthan batters started cautiously against Hyderabad in the 1st over of Mohammad Siraj. RAJ need their openers to give them a good start after last match's debacle.
Again the same story of the last game is repeating for Rajasthan as they have lost their top 3 batters within the powerplay itself. Chama Milind and Tanay Thyagarajan are the bowlers who picked a wicket each for HYD.
Mahipal Lomror (15*) and Mukul Choudhary (18*) stitched a 48-run stand for the 5th wicket in just 4 overs. RAJ need this partnership to keep going on as long as it can, so that they get to a fighting total against a strong Hyderabad team.
After a shaky start yet again, Rajasthan made a very good comeback on the back of Mahipal Lomror (48*) blazing innings. He was well complemented by Kushal Rathore (27) and Mukul Choudhary (20).
Despite a jittery start, Rajasthan reached to 178 runs in their 20 overs on the back of handy contributions from the middle-order. Mahipal Lomror (48) was the highest scorer for them. Chama Milind and Tanay Thyagarajan were the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets each.
That's the 1st wicket for Rajasthan and it's Kamlesh Nagarkoti, who gets the 1st breakthrough. Aman Rao Perala, who was looking dangerous is dismissed by Nagarkoti for 14 runs.
At the end of 10 overs, HYD is marching towards the target with ease. Both Tanmay Aggarwal (35*) and Rahul Buddhi (30*) are batting with ease. HYD need 80 in 10 over with 8 wickets in hand.
Hyderabad have got a strong hold on the match and it's their match to lose from here. Rahul Buddhi and Tanmay Agarwal have crossed their half-century mark and are now looking to finish off things quickly for their team. Wickets are the only currency that RAJ need to make a match out of it.
Hyderabad finishes the match with 6 wickets left and 17 balls to spare. Tanmay Agarwal (73) and Rahul Buddhi (55) slammed blazing half-centuries to make light work of the 179-run target set by Rajasthan. Manav Suthar and Kamlesh Nagarkoti picket two wickets each for RAJ.
That's a wrap from our end. We'll be back with another blog soon, until then, bye bye.
