The second game is going Sindhu's way, who took a four-point lead before a lucky break for the Bulgarian. It seems that the pressure is getting to the youngster, who is taking unnecessary risks that, unlike the first game, are not paying off.
Despite Sindhu maintaing the lead, Nalbantova is giving stiff competition to her veteran opponent. However, Sindhu's excellent shot placement and experience is showing through at the moment.
Sindhu is looking unbeateble at the moment, with five points on the trot. Nalbontova, to her credit, is continuing the fight, but she is failing to take advantage of the half chances that she did very well in the first game.
Sindhu has opened up a massive 18-5 lead in the second game and is now just three points away from a first-round victory.
PV Sindhu wastes little time in finishing off the match. She wins it 23-21, 21-6 to ease into the second round. The Indian had to claw her way back in the first game against a spirited Nalbantova but really dominated the second one to allay any worries.
