Farooq Abdullah said the Jammu and Kashmir government was working to improve people’s lives despite financial constraints and limited resources.
The National Conference president accused the BJP of eroding J-K’s autonomy and criticised unnamed political rivals for helping the abrogation of Article 370.
Abdullah said J-K’s special status should have been made permanent, referred to the unimplemented referendum proposal and urged people to become self-reliant.
