Women Who Lead: Power, Purpose & Progress is a curated storytelling initiative spotlighting businesswomen and women leaders from diverse fields including entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, social impact, technology, wellness, and the creative economy. Each featured leader shares her journey of resilience, vision, and impact offering inspiration to aspiring women across generations. This platform is designed to amplify authentic voices, meaningful achievements, and leadership with purpose.

2. Shikhi Sharma, Author of Unbeatable and Life as it comes

Engineer-turned-banker Shikhi Sharma is a well-known author and TEDx speaker whose writings promote empathy and resiliency. She adds scholarly depth to her stories as an Oxford University diploma holder in Young Author Fiction, a lifelong member of the Rajasthan International Centre in Jaipur, and a graduate of IIM Udaipur. Her inspirational book Unbeatable: Celebrating Life with Cerebral Palsy, which has received recognition in 14 countries and major literary festivals, tells the remarkable story of Tapasvi, a young guy with cerebral palsy who overcomes social obstacles with bravery and love. In addition to writing, she works with non-governmental organisations to feed and protect stray animals, particularly dogs, and promotes awareness of disabilities.

3. Aditi Shah | Founder, Eeda

Aditi Shah is redefining modern Indian fashion by blending heritage craftsmanship with contemporary design. As the founder of Eeda, a Varanasi-based women’s wear label, she draws inspiration from the city’s rich textile and handloom legacy. With a background in engineering and a deep passion for fabrics, Aditi transformed her creative vision into a brand that celebrates quiet luxury. Through Eeda, she works with heritage textiles like silk, tissue, and handloom weaves, shaping them into effortless silhouettes designed for the modern woman. Her approach focuses on refined detailing, clean construction, and timeless elegance bringing Indian craftsmanship into an everyday luxury wardrobe.

5. Dr. Anshul Gupta, Founder, TheCorporateSpirituality.com

Dr. Anshul Gupta exemplifies purpose-driven leadership by blending corporate expertise with conscious living. 6. Jesicaa Siingh, Founder & CEO, Stanley Communications

Jesicaa Siingh has built her career around that very instinct. As Founder and CEO of Stanley Communications, a boutique PR and marketing agency operating between India and Dubai, she has played a defining role in shaping how international luxury and fashion brands introduce themselves to India’s rapidly evolving market. What began as a focused communications practice has grown into one of India’s most prominent women-led agencies. At its core is a team of over 125+ young women working across luxury, fashion, beauty, culture, technology and lifestyle, leading campaigns, shaping narratives and orchestrating large-scale launches. Under Jesicaa’s leadership, Stanley Communications has become a workplace where women drive strategy, creativity and execution at every level.

7. Sanaa Zia Khan- Director, Centricity Overseas Financial Distribution Pvt. Ltd. | Founding Team, INVICTUS, Centricity WealthTech

Sanaa Zia Khan is a seasoned private banker with more than 17 years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices, providing advice on comprehensive wealth management. She is currently the Director at Centricity Overseas Financial Distribution Pvt. 8. Archana Khosla Burman, Founder, VERTICES PARTNERS & ZONE

Archana Khosla Burman is a leading corporate lawyer, entrepreneur, TEDx speaker, and Co-Founder of VERTICES PARTNERS, a top-tier law firm with offices in Mumbai, Gurugram, and Bengaluru. With over 20 years of experience, she has advised on PE/VC transactions, M\&As, and strategic acquisitions across multiple sectors. She serves on advisory boards of several startups and is a strong advocate for women’s leadership. At FICCI FLO, she now serves as the National Vertical Head, having previously led FLO Mumbai as Chairperson. Her initiatives in entrepreneurship and education have earned her the National Start-Up Award 2023–24. Archana is also the Co-Founder & CEO of ZONE, an upcoming premium activewear brand for children.
