As one of India’s youngest directors, Mr. Pankaj Bansal reflects a blend of business insight and youthful dynamism. Contributing to M3M India’s growth, he has worked on over 57 projects that have added to the skyline of Gurugram, including developments like the Trump Towers and M3M Golfestate.

Involved from concept to execution, Mr. Bansal plays a key role in corporate strategy, go-to-market planning, and overseeing project execution. His business acumen, coupled with an innovative approach to marketing and communications, has garnered M3M India numerous awards and accolades both nationally and globally.

Mr. Bansal views buildings as more than structures—they are the foundations upon which people live, work, and grow. This philosophy guides his work in creating spaces.
