In recognition of his contributions to technology, Mr. Rajani Sindavalam has been honored with the  International Achievers’ Award by Indian Achievers’ Forum. 

Rajani Kumar Sindavalam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from XLRI, which is recognized as one of the premier business schools. 

With experience in the medical device sector, Rajani has shown expertise in Systems Engineering and Program Management by successfully overseeing large-scale initiatives such as New Product Development (NPD), Sustenance Engineering, Quality Systems Improvement, and Product Localization for international medical clients.

In his role as Senior Technical Manager at HCLTech, he has directed design and development projects for a diverse range of medical devices, including infusion pumps, bedside monitoring devices, peritoneal dialysis cyclers, and nerve stimulators, as well as medical devices that have entered the market.

As a Systems Engineering expert, he has contributed to the development of several medical devices aimed at supporting patient care. Over his 19+ years of experience, he has provided design engineering services to major medical corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific, JJIV, and Baxter.

Since joining Baxter Healthcare in 2011, he has played a key role in supporting programs across various Global Business Units.(GBUs), including Medication Delivery, Renal Therapies, Quality Systems, and Manufacturing. His contributions to infusion devices and peritoneal dialysis cyclers have received praise from clients.

He has also contributed to several exploratory programs, which represent new initiatives in the market.These programs pose unique challenges, as there are no existing devices to reference for guidance. His experience in Systems Engineering has played a key role in the advancing these innovative device technologies.

His expertise in stakeholder management is evident through his successful collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in research and development, manufacturing, and service sectors.

His story reflects how a commitment to improving patient outcomes can contribute to meaningful progress in the healthcare sector, making him recognition through this award.
